About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst / AI Project reputed company to drive AI-led transformation initiatives across reputed company IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will reputed company business and technology teams, analyze business needs, manage cross-functional projects, and identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation for improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Define project KPIs and track delivery against business objectives. Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and UAT activities. Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a reputed company engineering discipline. Full-time, two-year MBA from a recognized university or premier business school. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, AI Project reputed company, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience working on reputed company IT Infrastructure, reputed company, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Business Analysis practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI/reputed company solutions, including LLMs, AI Agents, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure reputed company, or similar technologies. Knowledge of reputed company IT Infrastructure, reputed company Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management. Experience with Jira, reputed company, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar project management tools. Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL reputed company, or AI-reputed company certifications are an added advantage.
