Interior Fit-Out Estimator

This is a remote position. Position Title: Interior Fit-Out Estimator Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000

About the Role

Our ACT based client is seeking an reputed company Interior Fit-Out Estimator to support reputed company interior construction projects through accurate estimating, tender preparation, quoting, and project coordination support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reputed company reputed company fit-outs and interiors, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Buildxact, including the ability to help configure systems and improve operational processes reputed company the business. This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident liaising with suppliers, trades, and clients throughout the estimating and pre-construction process. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INTERIOR FIT-OUT ESTIMATOR Responsibilities as an Interior Fit-Out Estimator: Estimating & Tendering

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for reputed company interior fit-out projects
• reputed company and manage tender submissions and quotations
• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications for pricing purposes
• Coordinate pricing and scope clarification with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Assist with budget forecasting and project costing analysis

Project Coordination Support

• Produce job timelines and assist with project scheduling requirements
• Follow up with suppliers, trades, and clients regarding quotations, timelines, and project requirements
• Support communication and coordination during pre-construction and project commencement stages
• Maintain accurate project and estimating records

Buildxact System Management

• Utilize Buildxact at an expert level for estimating and project management functions
• Assist with configuring and optimizing Buildxact systems and workflows
• Help establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) reputed company the platform
• Train and guide the business on efficient Buildxact usage and best practices

Qualifications as an Interior Fit-Out Estimator:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reputed company interior construction fit-outs
• Proven experience preparing:

o Tenders o Quotes o Cost estimates o Project timelines

• Advanced Buildxact knowledge and system management capability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reputed company awareness
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded / Advantageous:

• Experience coordinating directly with suppliers and subcontractors
• Previous experience improving business systems and workflows
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and project coordination processes
• Familiarity with reputed company construction documentation and drawings
