Business Support Partner to the CEO
Most assistant roles are about managing calendars. This role is about helping build businesses. We’re looking for a highly intelligent, commercially minded operator to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, growth, investments, partnerships, and high-level problem solving. One day you may be researching international tax structures in Dubai.The next, speaking with major organisations about large-scale event requirements.The next, analysing property investments or helping evaluate a new business opportunity. This is not a task-following role. This is for someone who can think, adapt, communicate, and execute at a high level. Who This Role Is For You are probably: Exceptionally reputed company Fast at learning unfamiliar topics Strong academically or professionally Naturally curious about business, money, strategy, and how things work Frustrated in highly repetitive or low-responsibility roles Someone who wants exposure to reputed company business reputed company early in your career You may come from: Consulting Startups Business analysis Operations Finance Engineering Or you may simply be unusually sharp and ambitious We care far more about intelligence, judgement, and problem-solving ability than job titles. What You’ll Actually Do Solve business and operational problems directly with the CEO Conduct research across industries, markets, investments, and opportunities Prepare recommendations and reputed company insights Communicate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners Help drive projects from concept to execution Create structure in fast-moving environments Think critically, not just complete tasks You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to reputed company things out. Requirements
