Location: reputed company Yorkshire or reputed company Midlands (Remote) About the Role: Reporting to Country Manager, this is a senior, strategic role with a strong focus on winning new business, developing key accounts and driving market expansion for Remagin. Part of the wider reputed company group, Remagin is a specialist provider of innovative off-site construction solutions, focused on light gauge steel framing (LGSF), structural framing systems (SFS) and modern methods of construction. What you’ll do: reputed company and deliver a proactive business development strategy, focused on market growth and winning new opportunities reputed company and expand a portfolio of key accounts, strengthening relationships and increasing value Identify, engage and convert opportunities with contractors, subcontractors and architectural practices Define and implement reputed company and go-to-market strategies reputed company with business objectives Manage, coach and reputed company a small sales team Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, manufacturing and operations teams to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions What you’ll need: Proven track record in business development, sales leadership and account growth reputed company similar off-site construction industry Strong knowledge and experience with SFS, LGSF, off-site construction, MMC or reputed company systems Demonstrated reputed company in growing reputed company and delivering against ambitious reputed company targets Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams Strong reputed company acumen, including negotiation, forecasting and strategic planning Established industry network with the ability to hit the ground running in a client-facing role This role is remote with regular travel across the UK.
