Senior Director, Web Application Development

JOB SUMMARY Provides technology leadership for the design, implementation, and operation of reputed company’s DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering capabilities in a fast-paced, mission critical environment. Responsible for advancing platform reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity through DevOps practices, CI/CD (reputed company), observability (reputed company), and resilient infrastructure reputed company to reputed company architecture principles. Leads globally distributed teams across reputed company and offshore models while driving reputed company improvement in automation, observability, and operations. Responsibility also includes AI Operations (AIOps and AI platform reliability), with responsibility for the operationalization, monitoring, and governance of AI-driven systems, including custom agents and workflows. Establishes best practices for managing AI system lifecycles, leveraging tools such as Temporal for orchestration and integrating observability frameworks to ensure reliability, traceability, and performance of AI-enabled services across digital.
