This position has a direct responsibility for the complete life cycle management and accountability of reputed company consulting service type projects in their portfolio ensuring compliance to our project management policies, standards, and procedures. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Manage reputed company phases of application and data implementation projects from initiation to closure while leveraging best PM practice standards and processes. reputed company detailed project plans, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, project schedules, estimates, and resource plans. Create project deliverables that meet/exceed the project sponsor's specified expectations. Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy in and project reputed company (examples: meetings, status updates). Successfully manage project changes, risks, issues and actions. Work with sales to ensure projects are properly scoped. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Report project status, roadblocks and milestones to the project stakeholder and sponsors throughout the course of the project. Other duties as required. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE Qualifications & Experience PMP certification Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in technology organizations. Experience working in a consulting organization handling multiple reputed company to large technical projects simultaneously Experience in legal sector a definite asset. Experience working with document management systems implementation is an asset.
