Application Support Specialist- EMR
We are seeking a Product Specialist II to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical support, and business application troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to reputed company/MIE customers across reputed company product lines. You will serve as the central customer service contact for existing clients, answering questions, escalating reputed company issues, and providing ongoing training to users. Required Qualifications
