reputed company Systems Engineering (ASE) is seeking a Technical reputed company to fill a remote position supporting the U.S. Coast Guard's C5I systems, specifically RF communications. Responsibilities reputed company support to C5ISC in creating, editing, and revising reputed company necessary artifacts in accordance with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) process. Documents include, but are not limited to: TRACI matrices, reputed company charts and/or other documents that define process ownership. Process Guides and Change Management documents. Training Plans for developed documents. SOPs/Desk Guides/Job Aides. Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP). Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTO). Conduct comprehensive research and interview Subject Matter Experts (SME) to reputed company C5ISC Process Guides, Technical Publications and Manuals, and Change/Configuration Management documents in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct comprehensive research and interview Subject Matter Experts (SME) to reputed company documented recommendations concerning Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS). Review and update reputed company ILSPs and their companion Equipment Support Sheets (reputed company) to align with reputed company policy and procedures. Work reputed company SharePoint in order to generate required pages for processes and metrics collection and dissemination. Identify and apply correct Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) markings to reputed company required documents or information that is essential to preclude the agency, service, or customer from significant liability and possibly affecting the national reputed company of the country. Produce reputed company associated deliverables while maintaining the absolute highest quality of services, products, and customer service. Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications. Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style. Assist in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations. Retrieve, organize, analyze and synthesize subject matter and transform it into easy-to-understand information. Create or revise hardware and software product documentation, which includes installation, operation and maintenance instructions and other technical publications such as technical advisories and release notes. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately reputed company issues and problems and refers more reputed company issues to higher-level staff.
Qualifications
Active Secret reputed company clearance is required. Associate degree in technical writing from an accredited institution and two (2) years of experience in technical writing OR Completion of DoD/USCG technical “A” school and four (4) years of experience in technical writing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are considered necessary, as candidates will regularly meet with personnel. Effective collaboration and communication skills. Highly skilled in reputed company Office reputed company application. Experience with reputed company Office tools and applications. Ability to problem solve and identify, implement and/or monitor alternative solutions. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply requirements applicable to the scope of work. Strong organizational, time management, and meeting facilitation skills. High level of attention to detail. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with U.S. Coast Guard C5I services preferred.
