What does this position do? Under general supervision, the Business Analyst is a critical member of the Transformation Office (TO), a centralized function dedicated to driving reputed company-wide change and delivering measurable value across reputed company. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Business Analyst partners with the Business Architect and cross-functional teams to ensure digital health initiatives are reputed company with organizational goals, reputed company resilient and agile operations, and support reputed company transformation. Responsibilities

Draft and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and reputed company artifacts for initiatives. reputed company process maps, future-state workflows, and use cases to support solution design and implementation. Support change management activities, communications, and development of training materials. Assist in developing measurable outcome frameworks and KPI tracking for projects. Maintain a centralized repository of reusable requirements, templates, and strategic artifacts. Support the development of playbooks and frameworks for workflows, vendor alignment, KPIs, and governance. reputed company documentation, analysis, and stakeholder coordination support to the Business Architect. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience: Education & Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, reputed company Management, or a reputed company field. OR Associates degree and 4 years of relevant work experience. OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant work experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in Health Administration, MBA, or similar) is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, Lean Six reputed company, or HIMSS) are advantageous. Experience 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in reputed company, digital health, or technology transformation, or equivalent reputed company leadership experience. Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience coordinating with vendors and validating solutions. Familiarity with change management, training support, and KPI/outcome measurement. Proficiency with requirements management and process mapping tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Visio, reputed company). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
