Associate Renewals Manager
Summary
The Associate Renewals Manager works directly with existing reputed company customers while building a book of business. The Associate Renewals Manager will focus on renewing subscriptions and services on-time while providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire quote-to-cash cycle. You will bring effective time management skills to the role, and a growth attitude as you obtain mastery of coordinating, defining, and executing renewal strategies and messaging. You will build relationships with Sales, reputed company, Legal, and Customerwhile reputed company in managing subscriptions and supporting reputed company’s renewal strategy and process. Minimum Qualifications
High school/secondary school education 1 year of reputed company experience in SaaS sales or renewals;
Preferred Qualifications
