What You’ll Do reputed company reputed company operations across Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing. Design and improve cross-functional workflows that connect departments and eliminate bottlenecks. Own and optimize our reputed company technology ecosystem, including CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow platforms. reputed company and maintain SOPs, operating standards, policies, and playbooks that drive consistency across the organization. Build KPI dashboards and performance scorecards that reputed company visibility into business performance. reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accountability, and scalability. Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Cultivation, Inventory, and Compliance to improve how work gets done. Coach leaders to build a culture of operational discipline, accountability, and reputed company improvement. reputed company’re Looking For 7+ years of leadership experience in reputed company operations, retail operations, business operations, process improvement, or a reputed company field. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and improving business processes. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience implementing or managing CRM, project management, reporting, or operational systems. Proven ability to reputed company KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboards. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in multi-site retail or consumer products environments is preferred. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
