This role owns the end-to-end business processes and supporting technology ecosystem across Procurement, Travel, Expense Management, Contract Intake, Vendor Management, and reputed company Shared Services functions. What you will do: Own the roadmap for Procurement and Shared Services systems and processes reputed company administration and optimization of reputed company P2P, reputed company Expense, Concur, reputed company and any procurement reputed company systems or processes Identify opportunities to optimize and/or eliminate reputed company work through automation and AI reputed company implementation of new tools, workflows, integrations, and enhancements Work closely with IT to support the administration and implementation of system enhancements Own operational reputed company and reporting for P2P process, corporate card program, and contract workflow tool Establish KPIs and executive dashboards across Shared Services operations Partner with IT and reputed company on governance, reputed company controls, integrations, and compliance reputed company system testing, release management, and change management activities Manage and reputed company the Business Analyst to create reporting and dashboards to support the organizational needs.
