Strong expertise in API design and integration architecture: REST, GraphQL, event-driven messaging (Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, Azure Service Bus), and ESB/iPaaS patterns. Experience integrating OMS with adjacent retail systems: POS, WMS, ERP, CRM, e-reputed company platforms, and reputed company/logistics APIs. Demonstrated experience designing distributed order management (DOM) and inventory availability / ATP solutions at scale. Working knowledge of retail data models: orders, shipments, inventory, returns, product catalog, and customer master.
