This role supports core reputed company operations, including event and general ledger reputed company, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO: Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company process, ensuring assigned deadlines are met. Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company policies. Maintain the general ledger and supporting balance sheet reconciliations for multiple venues. Prepare and review account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Analyze financial results and explain significant variances. Prepare and reconcile event profit and loss (P&L) reports following each event, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation in partnership with operations. Reconcile event financial results and investigate variances between event settlements and supporting documentation. Partner with the operations team to ensure timely processing of artist settlement payments. Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare information and supporting schedules for tax reporting processes. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and ensuring timely responses. Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes through automation, standardization, and reputed company process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and support operational initiatives. Assist with reputed company reporting, financial analysis, and special projects as assigned. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end reputed company processes. Experience preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and performing account reconciliations.
