Job Title Senior Solutions Engineer – reputed company AI & Data Infrastructure Location Remote (Hybrid with customers as needed) Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to reputed company reputed company customers through technical discovery, solution architecture, and reputed company-of-value execution across AI and reputed company data environments. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers reputed company measurable reputed company from initial engagement through early production deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure expertise with customer-facing confidence and hands-on technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct deep technical discovery and align AI/data initiatives with business objectives Architect scalable solutions across on-prem, reputed company, and hybrid environments Deliver customized demos, workshops, and executive briefings reputed company end-to-end POV deployments, including installation, configuration, and validation Troubleshoot performance, integration, and reputed company issues during rollout Drive production adoption through documentation, enablement, and expansion planning Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams Required Qualifications 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) reputed company SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design Solid understanding of networking and reputed company principles (firewalls, IAM, routing, reputed company controls) Experience working with large-scale reputed company data systems and governance models Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
