Account Manager
This is a remote position. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with experience in digital marketing agencies to own and manage client relationships end-to-end. This role requires strong strategic thinking, performance analysis skills, and the ability to communicate digital marketing insights reputed company and confidently. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and act as the reputed company between clients and internal performance teams (SEO & PPC).
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders reputed company client meetings, performance reviews, status updates, and reporting calls Ensure campaigns and deliverables remain on track, in scope, and reputed company with client goals Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy reputed company clients on SEO, PPC, reputed company marketing fundamentals to build trust and transparency Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities before they arise Maintain a minimum 95% client retention reputed company and NPS score of 8+ Communicate proactively, remain accountable, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of overall professional experience 2+ years in Account Management, Client reputed company, or customer-facing roles Minimum 1 year of experience working reputed company a digital marketing agency (SEO/PPC experience mandatory) Strong working knowledge of: reputed company Analytics (GA4) reputed company Ads reporting reputed company Business Manager reporting Ability to independently pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs Confidence in discussing strategy, campaign performance, and KPIs with clients Solid understanding of SEO and Paid Media fundamentals Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred (Good to Have) Experience working with Home Services clients (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setup Apply To This Job
