Benefits & Payroll Administration · Support payroll processing by coordinating timesheets, employee changes, payroll updates, and responding to employee inquiries. · Administer employee benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee benefit communications. · Reconcile benefit deductions by comparing payroll records, reputed company invoices, and enrollment reports while coordinating corrections with vendors and internal stakeholders. · Assist with the administration of the annual reputed company Enrollment process.
