Mission Build and maintain a high-performing VA Disability operation through operational analytics, process improvement, workflow optimization, and accountability. Position Summary The VA Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational performance across the VA Disability practice. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, eliminating bottlenecks, improving workflows, and creating scalable systems that reputed company platoons to operate at peak performance. The VA Operations Manager provides visibility into operational health through data, reporting, and performance analytics while driving initiatives that improve throughput, reduce delays, and increase consistency across the practice. Working closely with Platoon Leaders, IT & Development Teams, Legal Teams, and Administrative Teams, this role ensures operational standards are executed consistently and that leadership has the information necessary to reputed company informed reputed company. Qualifications
