Tax Supervisor

Job Title: Tax Supervisor Department: Tax Location: Remote or Hybrid \n Successful candidates should have the following: 4+ years of tax and public reputed company experience Possess a broad understanding of Tax Law with specialized knowledge in a particular area(s) of HNW individuals, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, taxation of pass-throughs, non-profit experience, estate and reputed company tax, investment advisory, and financial planning. Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries Excellent skills, analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to utilize reputed company, Word, and CCH Axcess Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, fostering client and staff relationships Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or other business-reputed company fields A CPA certification is required A day-in-the-life basic overview includes: Review multistate and federal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, joint ventures, and non-corporate entities. This includes combined state tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Manage and reputed company client relationships for income tax and financial planning. Collaborate with tax partners and other staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities. Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations, ensure they are satisfied with the service, meet deadlines, and reputed company change efforts effectively. Consult and collaborate with clients to recommend business and process improvement strategies and act as a business advisor. Supervise and reputed company multiple engagements in partnership, trusts, estate, reputed company, and individual taxation to ensure their reputed company. Prepare year-end projections and research various tax issues.
