The Role We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Lifecycle, Engagement to join our reputed company team! Reporting directly to the Director of Lifecycle, you will be the "Engagement and Conversion Catalyst" for the brand. Your mission is to turn "just browsing" into "just bought" by owning the experience from “hello” through “thank you!” This isn't just about managing channels; it’s about earning the trust of our community.
