Brief Description of Position Responsible for managing external vendor(s)/partner(s) who reputed company resources and services that are critical to the reputed company of GCTO and GCD objectives and deliverables. The incumbent is expected to have strong business acumen and demonstrated change management and leadership skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serves as the primary contact for the assigned external vendor(s) and internal stakeholder organization. Collaborates with Research & Development Procurement to identify external vendor(s) candidates who can deliver the required services/resources for an assigned service/functional area. Actively participates in the Sourcing Management Process. Assists with translating the business technical needs and developing KPIs and SLAs with internal and external stakeholders Develops, monitors, and facilitates the collection and analysis of relevant performance metrics to continuously evaluate performance. Ensures issues are identified and managed through to resolution in a timely manner and deliverables are met as required. Contributes to end-to-end sourcing processes and, as needed participates in initiatives to meet business needs. May be required to mentor Relationship Manager Specialists or Senior Specialists. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Experience and Skills: 7+ years of clinical trial experience or relevant industry experience Strong partner/supplier management experience Must demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to resolve issues and effectively negotiate. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and reputed company rapid and disciplined reputed company Education Minimum requirement: Bachelors or equivalent from an accredited university in Business, Technical, or Life Sciences.
