Role Description At AutoAlert, the Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving the implementation timeline of the project and building value in the AutoAlert platform through product expertise, and a full understanding of the dealership structure. Project Managers will support dealers throughout the initial build process maintaining regular communication with dealers, managing multiple projects in various phases. Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the Implementation Project Manager will directly influence the successful launch of a dealership onto our platform and their transition into the Adoption process. The successful Project Manager will effectively build enthusiasm and trust in the product, reputed company accurate evaluation of the readiness of the dealer’s data and employees, and consistently collaborate with teams including Implementation Specialists, Adoption Coaches, Sales, Account Management, Corporate Training and Client Care.
