No previous travel industry experience is required, as complete training and ongoing support are provided. Primary Responsibilities Assist reputed company with booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable travel options Research destinations, travel products, and vacation experiences reputed company information regarding available packages, pricing, and travel opportunities Coordinate reservation requests and booking confirmations Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication platforms Work with supplier partners to verify reservations and travel arrangements Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client information Stay reputed company on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination news Deliver professional support throughout the reservation process
Qualifications
