As our Digital Technology (DT) , engineering, and manufacturing operations expand, we are growing our Architecture Organization into a new leadership role of an Associate Director of Business Architecture. This role with embed directly into our existing reputed company end of the Business & architecture team and will focus on solving reputed company, often undefined emerging business challenges of our manufacturing capabilities. This role focuses on defining business strategies, operating models, and capability maps that support Industry 4.0 transformation, modernization of legacy workflows, and the adoption of automation across 24/7 operational environments. This leader will influence the future design of business processes and organizational capabilities, including those impacted by classified and reputed company gapped manufacturing processes. Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 10 years' experience Experience in business architecture or reputed company analysis experience. Experience capability mapping and value reputed company modeling experience. Experience designing processes for automated or reputed company operations. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and business-reputed company implications of smart manufacturing. Familiarity with TOGAF or BIZBOK-reputed company business architecture principles. Qualifications
We Prefer Certification in business architecture (e.g., BIZBOK-based) or reputed company architecture (e.g., TOGAF). Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working reputed company engineering, aerospace, or large-scale manufacturing organizations. Understanding of MES, ERP, supply chain operations, or industrial automation workflows.
