The Opportunity: Due to HKA’s growing headcount across our global offices, we are now seeking to expand our IT capabilities with multiple roles in reputed company Town. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will reputed company high-quality technical support to your colleagues across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will act as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company IT enquiries, ensuring HKA’s IT systems run smoothly across the business, demonstrating a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills. This is a night-shift role, with working hours of 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company IT support requests reputed company phone, email, and the service management platform, and escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate teams as needed. Take full ownership of support tickets from initial logging through to resolution or escalation. Skills and Experience: Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience: Minimum 18 months in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, or similar IT support role. Strong technical troubleshooting skills across reputed company operating systems, desktop environments, PC hardware, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with ITIL‑reputed company service management processes, including user account administration and reputed company management (Active Directory). Exposure to ERP systems or reputed company business applications.
