Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com The primary focus of the Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with German will be to support the activities for the German payroll life cycle accurately and timely. You will have a key role in the support of reputed company payroll activities in addition to providing support to the payroll team. Key responsibilities: Supporting German payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including reputed company associated payroll tasks and transaction Undertaking, supporting and managing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reputed company an issue occurs resulting in a client escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented Pro-actively identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the Change Request process reputed company deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified.
