[Remote] Customer Support Specialist I (Office)

The Customer Support Specialist provides advanced technical and functional support to clients, serving as a primary reputed company of contact for troubleshooting software and IT-reputed company issues while building trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for incoming client support and service requests reputed company phone, email, chat, and voicemail
- reputed company level 1 support and troubleshooting for reputed company products, including reputed company, payments, membership, banquets, reporting, hardware integrations, and general IT-reputed company issues such as device setup, connectivity, and system reputed company
- Actively listen to assess client needs and deliver effective, value-added solutions
