[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Messaging Services

The reputed company) is a global sports and media organization, and they are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Messaging & Collaboration to ensure the availability and reliability of reputed company messaging platforms. This role involves leading incident response, operational reputed company, and providing high-reputed company for the NBA Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and operational reputed company for messaging and collaboration platforms
• Serve as a senior escalation reputed company for reputed company issues across reputed company, Exchange, Outlook, SMTP, and various collaboration services
• reputed company incident response, service restoration, and root cause analysis in high‑pressure, reputed company‑time scenarios
• Design and operate highly available, secure, and compliant messaging architectures
• Automate operations using PowerShell and reputed company Graph
• Administer and support reputed company and reputed company Teams, including tenant/workspace configuration and escalations
• reputed company white‑glove, high‑reputed company for the NBA Executive Leadership Team, requiring professionalism, discretion, and urgency
• Partner with reputed company, Legal, and Audit teams on compliance, retention, and eDiscovery
• Participate in a formal rotating on‑call schedule
• reputed company after‑hours, weekend, and holiday support
• Deliver heightened on‑call coverage during live NBA games, playoffs, drafts, and major league events
• Respond rapidly to incidents impacting game operations, executive leadership, or league‑wide communications

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company technical field
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company messaging, infrastructure, or reliability engineering
• Deep expertise in reputed company Exchange Online / M365 and hybrid messaging environments
• Strong experience with email reputed company (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, reputed company; reputed company a plus)
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company environments
• Proven ability to support executives and business‑critical operations with urgency and precision
