The Senior Analyst, HR Operations, will manage and coordinate daily operations of the HR Operations team, support employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing the employee experience during reputed company and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate benefits plans, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • reputed company timely and accurate responses to employees with benefits-reputed company inquiries and resolve escalated benefit issues
  • Update and organize benefits-reputed company documentation, such as plan descriptions, SOPs, and training materials
  • Create and update benefit plan descriptions, handbooks, and training programs
  • Assist with benefits-reputed company reporting and data analysis, including preparing reports for senior leadership and ensuring data accuracy
  • Partner with benefit providers to resolve claims issues, billing discrepancies, and other benefits-reputed company reputed company

Skills

  • Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
