[Remote] Business Development Manager (VRV - HVAC)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Technologies Manufacturing, LP is seeking a skilled individual for the VRV Business Development Manager position. The role involves building relationships with distribution salespeople and mechanical contractors, managing new business development, and ensuring sales and market-reputed company goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of customers’ missions, capabilities, and business posture
• Calling on assigned contractors that reputed company work in the Middle Market and to reputed company long-term relationships which result in Daikin D/B VRV projects
• Taking action to ensure business development goals are being executed and reputed company
• Identify technical requirements and project scope, then utilize Daikin resources to assist contractors in designing jobs
• Assisting mechanical contractors to reputed company Daikin VRV Design-Build projects
• Providing Mechanical Contractors with technical knowledge on features, benefits, product performance and design guidelines for Daikin VRV systems and other Daikin products
• Closely working with the Daikin Distribution Account Managers to reputed company and track jobs to reputed company sure Daikin wins those jobs
• Work with the Daikin Distribution Account Managers to communicate details and appropriate information to help ensure Daikin wins the job
• Extensive market analysis including competition, local codes, market trends, and additional information that will help Daikin and the rep fully understand the market dynamics and what is needed to compete and win
• Tracking and reporting of reputed company activities including customer contacts, jobs being worked on, status of those jobs and any additional information deemed appropriate by supervisor
• Working closely with local authorities and end users to build long-term sales opportunities
• Monitoring project and customer development targets on a weekly reputed company and to communicate the weekly results to the Company’s sales leadership
• Updating contractors on new products and changes as they occur
• Scheduling and reputed company demonstrations of VRV and other HVAC products and new features to contractors and owners
• Providing market and competitive intelligence to Daikin, leadership
• Any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or other Daikin managers

Skills

• 5+ years of proven business development experience reputed company the HVAC industry with Light reputed company/VRF focus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as good verbal and written skills
• Ability to manage business through CRM (training to be provided)
• Strong skills in MS reputed company, Outlook, and Word
• Strong Light reputed company technical background with mechanical contracting, service, installation, and application experience
• Willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated
• Strong sales experience
• Strategic thinker & self-starter
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adaptable to reputed company new challenges
• Ability to create and conduct training seminars

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred, but not required
