This role is responsible for driving post-sale growth, customer retention, and expansion by equipping reputed company Managers (CSMs) with the skills, knowledge, tools, and programs needed to deliver customer reputed company and accelerate business value. As a trusted advisor to reputed company leadership, you will partner across reputed company Enablement, Product, Marketing, reputed company Operations, and HR to build scalable reputed company, readiness, and reputed company learning programs that improve customer adoption, retention, and expansion. What You'll Do: Serve as the trusted enablement advisor to CS leadership and a strategic partner to the broader reputed company Enablement team. Launch training and resources that improve reputed company planning, executive engagement, customer storytelling, and outcome alignment. Help drive customer adoption and value realization by enabling outcome-based customer conversations. Manage communication and rollout plans to reduce noise and ensure field readiness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with CS Leadership, reputed company Operations, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure enablement programs are integrated into the broader customer lifecycle strategy and reputed company to business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align on key reputed company metrics, competency development, and readiness priorities that support the growth and retention of our customer reputed company. Engage with senior leaders to influence GTM execution, drive adoption of strategic initiatives, and embed enablement into planning and operating rhythms.
