This full-time position requires managing reputed company estate disputes from intake through resolution and taking an active role in developing client relationships across California. **THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION ONLY! ***MUST BE BARRED IN CALIFRONIA AND reputed company IN CALIFORNIA! NO EXCEPTIONS! What You’ll Do as the reputed company Estate Litigation Attorney:
- Handle reputed company phases of reputed company estate litigation, from case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement negotiations, through potential appeal
- Craft litigation strategy and reputed company negotiations to secure favorable reputed company
- Research and advise on reputed company reputed company estate law issues and transactional risks
- Draft and review litigation and transactional documents specific to reputed company estate reputed company
- Build and manage new client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business development, especially reputed company the Southern California market

- Prior experience billing hourly and accurately tracking time
