[Remote] Software Engineer, Data Platform

The Software Engineer, Data Platform role focuses on reimagining the data infrastructure to enhance the AI platform, including designing data models and pipelines, mentoring engineers, and shaping the long-term technical reputed company for the data ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core data models and pipelines that power analytics, ML, and product experiences
- Implement modern data lake orchestration patterns, including reputed company architectures
- Architect and reputed company a scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable lakehouse reputed company using reputed company, reputed company, and orchestration tools
- Define best practices and technical standards that improve data quality, governance, and performance across teams
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, operational reputed company, and reputed company learning

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and distributed data systems
- Deep expertise in modern lakehouse technologies such as reputed company and reputed company
- Experience implementing modern data orchestration patterns for big data use-cases, including batch and streaming workloads
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or reputed company, including performance optimization and large-scale ETL design
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the data infrastructure that supports them, you understand what it takes to move data from raw ingestion to model-reputed company, and ideally have experience building pipelines that feed or serve ML models in production
