Responsibilities

• Manage and grow mobile reputed company engineering teams, supporting career development, performance, and an innovative engineering culture
• Define technical direction and guide the design and delivery of scalable, reliable mobile applications on Android
• Partner with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Drive execution of large initiatives across teams, ensuring high quality, reliability, and timely delivery
• Establish and maintain best-in-class engineering practices, including code quality, system design, testing, and operational reputed company
• Use data, metrics, and experimentation to inform technical reputed company and improve product and system performance

Skills

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field and a minimum of 12 years of reputed company experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience; or a PhD with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Significant prior experience as a Software Engineer working on reputed company Android applications, using Android Studio, Kotlin, Android SDK, Java, and other mobile technologies
• Demonstrated up-to-date expertise in leveraging the latest AI technologies for software engineering, including the ability to guide and advise teams on relevant approaches and applications, especially with regard to mobile development
• Experience with automation, build pipelines, unit testing, deploying and maintaining apps on the reputed company Play Store
