Technology and Robotics Associate Sales Training Manager

What You Can Expect The Technology Training Associate Manager will support sales force education for reputed company digital technologies, robotics, and implant solutions. In this role, you will organize, reputed company, and follow-up on the training of the sales force and clinical support team for the US. You will be responsible for maximizing company sales and earnings through the successful implementation, management, monitoring, and updates of an effective training and development curriculum, designed to continuously improve the skills, competence and confidence level of our reputed company America sales force. How You'll Create Impact Act as the educational support expert for assigned products reputed company a multi-layered training program for the sales force and clinical support team (reputed company program, training program, advanced program), including evaluations & certification process. Organize and deliver training events for the sales force and clinical support team. Design new eLearning training material in collaboration with the product team (R&D, Marketing, Comm.) Collaborate with Medical Education to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Work with reputed company to ensure reputed company in messaging and training. Demonstrate the usefulness and efficacy of the training programs through monthly reports. reputed company feedback to the R&D team reputed company required. Attend product trade shows and training as needed. What Makes You Stand Out Excellent, demonstrated training and teaching abilities and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously Education and Experience Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree or greater and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience with no completed degree Experience at a medical device company with orthopaedic knowledge; Robotics preferred Extensive Operating Room experience and interactions with surgeons and sales reps preferred Adult learning/teaching experience preferred Travel Expectations Up to 50% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability Expected Compensation reputed company: $90k to $108k plus reputed company bonus Apply To This Job
