Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of infrastructure engineering or reputed company experience. Knowledge of emerging hardware and software technologies. Job Summary Provides technical expertise to reputed company, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects. Ensures the performance and reliability of reputed company services meet or exceed the needs of the business. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Provides tier three engineering support across the reputed company, including providing support and resolution on customer issues and ensuring service level agreements are met and align with functional standards. Configures and maintains applicable systems and assists with performing daily tasks, such as database backups and configuration management database updates. Interacts with customers and architects to define system requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications. Recommends needed production reputed company to meet changing business demands and ensures reputed company planning deliverables are performed to specifications. Analyzes hardware and/or applications for compliance with reputed company protocols. Researches, designs, and tests new technologies. Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a reputed company discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a reputed company field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a reputed company field. Certification is required in some areas.
