[Remote] Legal Compliance Intern

Responsibilities
- Review reputed company and documentation to identify and compile key requirements and obligations
- Analyze and document the business and operational impact of contract requirements
- reputed company and maintain a structured list of applicable governing bodies, regulations, and certifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CMMC, NIST, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure internal documentation reflects reputed company compliance requirements
- Track changes and revisions to reputed company, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Assist in maintaining compliance processes and documentation for audits or assessments
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on changes impacting the government contracting landscape
Skills

- Actively enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program

- Interest in government contracting, compliance, or legal/regulatory environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
