[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager - reputed company Engineering

They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company and build a new centralized reputed company Engineering function, responsible for delivering reputed company engineering work across reputed company product lines and ensuring the reputed company and trust of their reputed company features.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale a new centralized reputed company Engineering team, starting with the Customer Identity team and growing with additional hires depending on work needs
• Define the operating model, collaborate on roadmap, and tracking systems for reputed company engineering work across reputed company product lines
• Hire, reputed company, and retain a high-performing team of reputed company-focused software engineers
• Create a team culture grounded in engineering reputed company, pragmatic reputed company, and strong cross-functional partnership
• reputed company the design and implementation of reputed company product features across reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Langfuse and OSS — including areas such as encryption, identity and reputed company, network isolation, sandboxing, and authentication
• Drive end-to-end ownership of reputed company engineering initiatives, reducing dependency on reputed company resource allocation from individual engineering teams
• Establish clear lanes and a dedicated tracking system for reputed company reputed company product features, providing consistent visibility to reputed company and product leadership
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Core, Data Platform, reputed company Platform, and Product reputed company teams
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management, reputed company teams to ensure engineering solutions are grounded in sound risk and threat modeling — freeing that team to focus on assurance and vulnerability work rather than implementation
• Work with GRC and Trust & Assurance to ensure reputed company engineering outputs support compliance, customer enablement, and audit requirements
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on architecture direction, prioritization, and resourcing
• Serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for reputed company engineering commitments to product strategy and roadmap
• Proven experience building and managing engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development
• Track record of establishing new teams or functions — setting operating models, building culture, and creating accountability structures from scratch
• Ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior engineering and product management leaders, without direct authority
• Strong hands-on background in reputed company engineering or software engineering with a significant reputed company focus — you can credibly review architecture, guide implementation, and challenge technical reputed company
• Experience delivering reputed company product features in reputed company or SaaS environments — examples might include identity and reputed company management, encryption, network reputed company controls, or secure multi-tenancy
• Familiarity with reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and distributed systems
