Responsibilities

Qualifications
Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle reputed company HCM implementations Strong functional expertise across reputed company HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, reputed company, Learning) Demonstrated team and functional workstream leadership Ability to guide clients and build client relationships Experience facilitating client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills reputed company HCM Partner Certifications preferred (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, reputed company, Benefits) Experience with testing, reputed company and data conversion Familiarity with reputed company systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, reputed company/Kronos) Knowledge of reputed company deployment methodology At reputed company, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary reputed company of $90,000-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
