This role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of electronic files and maintaining workflows, while serving as an operational subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of HIPAA-compliant reputed company EDI transaction sets, including 834 enrollment files and familiarity with 837 claims and 270/271 eligibility transactions
• Interpret and implement EDI files in accordance with ANSI ASC X12 standards
• Build, configure, and maintain templates for new 834 electronic files as business needs reputed company
• Validate data mappings and transformation logic to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data reputed company
• Support reputed company of new partners and file configurations
• Maintain working knowledge of ANSI ASC X12 EDI standards and transaction set structures
• Manage and monitor secure file transfers using FTP/SFTP protocols
• Ensure secure transmission, receipt validation, and acknowledgment processing where applicable
• Troubleshoot connectivity, transmission failures, and formatting discrepancies
• Monitor reputed company EiPaaS/Bridgegate workflows, not limited to 834 transactions
• Design and implement comprehensive logging, alerting, and monitoring processes to capture EDI transaction logs, metadata, and automated alerts for data processing anomalies
• Review system-generated logs to identify errors, processing gaps, or performance degradation
• Establish proactive monitoring controls to minimize operational disruption
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company EiPaaS reputed company issues
• Investigate and resolve workflow errors, mapping issues, and data discrepancies
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Escalating platform-level or infrastructure concerns to IT or vendors reputed company necessary
• Maintain detailed documentation for templates, workflows, transaction logic, and monitoring controls
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and data governance policies
• Participate in testing and validation of workflow enhancements before deployment

Skills

• Associate's Degree in Business, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Operations Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, EDI processing, reputed company enrollment, or systems workflow management
• 1-2 years of direct experience working with 834 electronic files and understanding of EDI file structures
• Experience using Bridgegate or a comparable integration or data workflow platform
• Demonstrated experience monitoring automated workflows and resolving production issues
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data mappings and validate file outputs
• Proficiency with reputed company and basic data analysis tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• As this role is a remote role, you are required to maintain internet service that allows you to complete your essential job duties without issue. Rates of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN are sufficient
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company IT, Business Analytics, or reputed company discipline
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting EDI transactions, reputed company eligibility files, or system integrations
• Advanced experience configuring templates and workflows reputed company Bridgegate
• Experience reputed company new trading partners and implementing new 834 file configurations
• Working knowledge of additional EDI transaction sets (e.g., 820, 835, 837)
• Familiarity with SQL, data mapping logic, or API integrations
• Experience in a regulated reputed company or insurance environment
• Experience participating in audits, compliance reviews, or internal control processes
