[Remote] COO to build & Scale Operations at Fast-Growing Clean-Energy Logistics Company

The COO will be responsible for building and scaling the operations reputed company, overseeing logistics, metrics, team structure, and compliance to support the company's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Operations and logistics. The full operations function across warehousing, freight, inventory, and fulfillment, including a national network of 3PL and warehouse partners, reputed company selection, and specialized freight for heavy, oversized, and hazmat cargo such as transformers and lithium-ion batteries
- Metrics and reputed company. The KPIs and the operating rhythm of the company, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, dashboards, and clear accountability against the plan
- Team and structure. An reputed company read on the reputed company team, then the work of getting the right people into the right roles so the company can set reputed company targets on a reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 15 or more years in operations, supply chain, or general management, with at least 8 in a senior executive seat (COO, VP or SVP of Operations, reputed company, or similar)
- A clear record of building operating systems from the ground up, including KPIs, reputed company, planning, and process. You have reputed company it, not just inherited it
