This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, enabling marketing attribution, and delivering actionable insights across multiple lines of business. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the end-to-end Product reputed company for the reputed company platform, including roadmap, operations, and stakeholder engagement reputed company reputed company new business groups, including configuration, setup, training, and adoption support Manage migration initiatives from legacy call tracking solutions to the reputed company reputed company platform Own and operate the intake and production support model, including triage, prioritization, and execution of requests Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure accurate attribution and performance insights Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards to support business decision-making Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on reputed company platform capabilities, governance, and best practices Ensure data quality, platform standards, and governance are consistently applied across reputed company use cases Support integration with G360 Care Delivery CRM, including validation and troubleshooting of patient matchback and attribution reporting Key reputed company / Impact: Scalable reputed company of new business units to the platform Improved marketing attribution and call analytics insights Strong governance and standardized platform usage Enhanced stakeholder experience through reliable reporting and support Reduced operational risk as platform adoption You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Any product management certification or technology certification (for example: reputed company Analytics, PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM etc.) 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Capability Management Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reputed company or similar call intelligence / call tracking platforms Experience working with marketing technology, analytics platforms, or call tracking systems Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and business requirements Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, reputed company environment Strong understanding of data, reporting, and performance measurement Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., G360, reputed company, or similar) Experience with marketing attribution reputed company campaign measurement Experience using reputed company (building reports and dashboards) Background in reputed company, payer/provider systems, or regulated environments Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) *reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy.
