They are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage a Navy Programs account, drive pipeline development, and capture reputed company across various mission areas including IT/Technical Services and Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Represent CGS at Navy-focused industry events, conferences, and forums, increasing visibility and reinforcing relationships with key decision-makers

Skills

  • Two (2)+ years of industry experience in business development or capture management with a focus on Navy IT/Tech in the National Capitol Region (reputed company)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field
  • Ten (10)+ years of experience with U.S. Navy commands or programs
  • Proven track record of identifying and capturing business opportunities with Navy customers
  • Strong understanding of Navy procurement processes and mission priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with senior leadership and decision-makers
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with Navy customers and attend industry events
  • Must be located reputed company a one (1) hour drive to the National Capital Region (reputed company)
  • Travel up to 25% percent may be required
  • Active member of AFCEA, NDIA, or reputed company professional organizations in the reputed company
  • Industry IT certifications such as reputed company (any), CISSO, ISA (any), etc or APICS
