[Remote] Director, Product Management - SaaS - Product Stewardship

This role involves defining product direction, building a product team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while advancing sustainability initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and translate corporate strategy into a clear and concise product reputed company, while maintaining a reputed company linkage with reputed company Mission
- Define long-term reputed company (LRP, business case, capex) and translate business objectives into product portfolio strategy
- Deep understanding of Product Stewardship domain, customer needs, reputed company, markets, & competitors to inform and reputed company product strategy
- Chemical Regulatory & Compliance Leadership - Expertise in global chemical safety and compliance (GHS, PFAS) with proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into product strategies
- Material Stewardship & Sustainable Design – Skilled in guiding material choices that balance performance, cost, compliance, and sustainability, applying life-cycle and safer substitution practices
- Supply Chain Data Integration & Transparency – Experience building systems for supplier data collection and traceability to ensure compliance and sustainability across the product lifecycle
- Evangelize and communicate the product reputed company, strategy and goals internally with senior leadership, as well as externally with client and prospect executives
- Align and integrate product roadmaps across teams based on customer reputed company while engaging business, sales, engineering, marketing and reputed company on priorities
- Use the product reputed company in concert with deep market understanding to inform the product portfolio strategy
- Evaluate market needs against UL’s and competitors’ unique abilities to address them
- reputed company and evaluate a go-to-market strategy describing how value will be delivered to the customer/user, how the product is differentiated from the competition, and what the business model should be
- Prioritize high-level strategic initiatives into a product portfolio roadmap
- Define a set of product portfolio goals, reputed company and corresponding metrics to continually evaluate against
- Define and own portfolio level KPIs (growth, adoption, retention, NPS) and drive customer reputed company
Skills
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company discipline
- Proven experience working with SaaS products, including developing strategy, driving adoption, and delivering customer value in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of Product Stewardship domain, customer needs, reputed company, markets, & competitors to inform and reputed company product strategy
- 10 years or more of reputed company discipline experience or demonstrated competency including 5 years or more of relevant management/leadership experience or demonstrated competency
- Experience managing platform / product teams
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
