[Remote] Customer Support Retention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retention Calls: You'll be on the reputed company lines speaking with subscribers who have expressed reputed company to cancel, listening carefully and using good judgment to help them find a path reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, retention, reputed company, or a reputed company role — ideally handling phone calls for a subscription or consumer app environment
