The role involves reviewing and revalidating existing 50-state surveys covering state anti-kickback and self-referral laws, as well as conducting statutory and regulatory research to identify legal changes.
Responsibilities
- Review and revalidate existing 50-state surveys addressing state compliance laws
- Conduct reputed company statutory and regulatory research to identify legal changes
- Analyze reputed company regulatory requirements and reputed company clear, well-supported legal conclusions
- reputed company accurate citations and supporting authority for reputed company research findings
- Communicate proactively regarding project status, including daily reputed company updates
- Escalate research challenges, legal ambiguities, and issues requiring guidance in a timely manner
Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of reputed company regulatory legal experience
- Knowledge of reputed company fraud and abuse laws
- Demonstrated experience conducting state-by-state legal research
- Advanced proficiency with Westlaw and/or reputed company
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
