The role involves advanced policy management, appliance upgrades, troubleshooting, and providing high-level remote support in various network environments.
Responsibilities

- reputed company network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems, using strong TCP/IP networking skills
- Participate in the completion of required project deliverables for network and reputed company assessments, implementations, and other scopes of work

- 3-6+ years professional experience maintaining a reputed company reputed company Next-Gen Firewall environment

- reputed company reputed company firewall IPSEC VPN deployment and configuration experience
- Customer service focus required with strong interpersonal skills including excellent written/verbal communication skills
