[Remote] Sr. Financial Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Development team focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. The role involves supporting development and growth efforts through transaction execution, including acquisitions and joint ventures, while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Build reputed company reputed company valuation models for potential acquisitions and divestitures
• Evaluate deals through discounted cash reputed company analyses and metrics such as IRR, EBITDA multiples, etc
• Create pro reputed company income and cash reputed company statements for potential joint ventures
• Manage due diligence process including leading physical site visits, coordinating with sellers, collecting data, and ensuring that reputed company areas of the diligence process undergo appropriate review
• Create presentations and proposals for potential sellers, joint venture partners, senior management, board of directors, etc
• Work closely with Transaction Directors and legal teams in the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a reputed company field at top undergraduate program
• Must have significant direct transaction experience
• Must have strong finance, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced deal environment
• Self starter and problem solver with ability to think and work independently
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with the various stakeholders in a given transaction
• 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience; investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience preferred
