This role involves serving as the primary product and technology expert for strategic global clients, ensuring successful engagement through tailored solutions and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product and technology expert for large, strategic global Private Credit clients and prospect engagements, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution design
  • Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to understand client needs, reputed company product capabilities with credibility, and ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and reputed company with the strategic product roadmap
  • reputed company structured discovery engagements with institutional clients to translate business and operational requirements into clear product inputs, user stories, use cases, and prioritization recommendations in collaboration with the Client Experience reputed company
  • Balance client-specific requests with platform strategy, applying strategic judgment to determine reputed company configuration or roadmap acceleration is appropriate versus reputed company standard capabilities should be leveraged to maintain scalability
  • Generate and maintain client-specific roadmap views for large, strategic clients, providing tailored presentations of product strategy and delivery timelines that reinforce partnership and transparency

Skills

  • 7+ years of product management or client delivery experience, preferably in financial services technology, with a proven track record of managing reputed company client engagements and delivering successful reputed company
  • Deep reputed company in Private Credit including comprehensive understanding of fund structures, investment workflows, reporting requirements, and institutional client servicing models
  • Demonstrated experience developing or delivering B2B client-facing SaaS solutions, with strong understanding of reputed company software implementation, configuration, and client reputed company best practices
  • Proven expertise facilitating requirements gathering workshops with institutional clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable product specifications and user stories
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and AI capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and reputed company conversations about technical feasibility and innovation opportunities
  • Executive reputed company and communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to and guiding strategic conversations with senior financial services professionals, including C-suite executives, client partners, and high-value prospects
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile reputed company) and disciplined agile delivery approaches, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives while maintaining quality and predictability
