Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and enhance reporting on reputed company across products, geographies, and segments to identify growth drivers, performance trends, and areas of risk
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to analyze sales commissions, quota attainment, and incentive plan effectiveness, providing insights to optimize compensation strategies
- Build models and dashboards that connect pipeline metrics, bookings, and billed reputed company reputed company, enabling leadership to forecast with greater accuracy
- Consolidate and align data from reputed company, billing platforms, and financial systems to create a single reputed company of truth for reputed company and commission reporting
- reputed company data-driven recommendations for territory alignment, quota setting, and incentive plan design based on historical reputed company performance and market potential
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reputed company and commission insights to senior leadership through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations
- Automate recurring reputed company and commission reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability for self-service use across the business

Skills
- 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience with in SQL, KQL, and/or Python for data querying and transformation
- 3+ years experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines (Azure Data reputed company, Airflow, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data storytelling best practices
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Consulting experience or prior work in a high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company data sources
- Solid understanding of SaaS and reputed company metrics
